NAC Coronavirus Update – 7th April 2020
NAC are currently working safely to ensure that all of our customers can have fully working domestic appliances. I would like to clarify our position on Appliance Types and Repairs during the Coronavirus Era:
Household – No Symptoms and Not Self Isolating due to Symptoms:
We will repair all appliances as normal while observing Social Distancing.
Household – Has Symptoms and is Self Isolating due to Symptoms:
We will not attend under any circumstances. Your visit date will be postponed to the end of your Self Isolation date or by either 7 or 14 days, whichever applies.
Household – Vulnerable (Shielded) Persons:

We aim to send an engineer on the same day of reporting the fault or the next day where possible.
We believe in our skills and follow that up with a standard guarantee of our work to give you peace of mind.
We understand the importance of budgeting and make sure you are fully aware of all costs in advance.
Our reputation is key for us, as is a sense of community. You can trust us for a 5-star service every time.
